BoomDispatch is operated by Carmelo Lo Giudice, based in Dubai, UAE. We are the data controller for personal information collected through boomdispatch.com.

- Email address — when you join the early access list, download the lead magnet, or purchase.
- Purchase data — processed through ClickBank (name, billing address, last 4 digits of card). We do not store full payment details.
- Usage data — via cookies, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager: pages visited, referral source, device type, approximate location (country/region).
- Communications — emails you send to support@ or hello@.
3. Why We Collect It
- To deliver the Product you purchased.
- To send you launch updates if you joined the early access list.
- To send you the lead magnet PDF.
- To improve the website and ad targeting.
- To respond to support requests.
- To comply with tax and accounting obligations.
4. Legal Basis (GDPR)
We process personal data based on:
- Contract — to deliver the Product after purchase.

We share limited data with:
- ClickBank — payment processing.

We never sell personal data to third parties.

We retain email and purchase data for 7 years for tax and warranty purposes. You can request earlier deletion under Section 8.

BoomDispatch is for business owners 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Data may be processed in the UAE, USA, and EU. We rely on standard contractual clauses where applicable.
12. Security
We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS) and reputable processors (ClickBank, Cloudflare). No system is 100% secure; we will notify affected users within 72 hours of any breach affecting personal data.
