Which tier is right for me?

Lite ($37) if you want to test the AI cheap, plug it in fast (15 min), and see if it actually books jobs. Pro ($197) if you want every module and the full system — pays itself back on the first booked lead. DFY ($697) if you would rather not touch a setting and want Carmelo to build it for you in 48 hours. Take the 60-second quiz if you are not sure.

What is the difference between the tiers?

Lite includes only the Lead Reply Engine (the highest-impact module). Pro adds Quote Follow-Up, Review Automation, and Social Content Generator — the full suite. How long does setup take?

Lite: 15 minutes. Pro: 90 minutes (most buyers report 70–100). DFY: zero setup work for you — we deliver a live build in 48 hours.

What is the refund policy?

60-day better-than-money-back guarantee on all three tiers. If BoomDispatch does not book you at least one extra job using the Lead Reply Engine, email support@boomdispatch.com for a full refund within 60 days. You keep the templates, scripts, and PDFs as a thank-you for trying. DFY buyers also keep all customized files.

Will this work with my CRM?

Yes. The Notion templates can sit alongside your existing CRM, or you can use Zapier to push leads into HousecallPro, Jobber, ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, ServiceFusion, Workiz, Service Fusion, or anything with a Zapier integration. Pro and DFY include the Zapier blueprints to make the connections.

What ongoing costs should I expect?

Notion is free for individuals. Zapier free tier covers most shops (paid only if you exceed 100 tasks/month, around $20). Claude Pro is $20/month. Total typical operating cost: $20–$40/month in tools, vs. $400+ for ServiceTitan or $69–$249 for Jobber.

Can I upgrade to a higher tier later?

Yes. Lite buyers get $37 credit toward Pro. Pro buyers get $197 credit toward DFY. Email support@boomdispatch.com with your order ID and we apply the credit.

Is this a course or templates?

Neither. It is a working system: a pre-trained Claude AI Project + Notion templates + Zapier blueprints + walkthrough PDFs. You install it once into tools you already own (or sign up free for) and the AI does the work. No course to sit through. No SaaS dashboard to learn.

What if my customers can tell it is AI?

The reply scripts sound like a sharp office manager, not a chatbot. You can customize the voice in 5 minutes to match how you write. Most shops get zero pushback — customers just notice they got a fast reply. DFY buyers get the voice tuned to their shop personality before delivery.

What trades does this work for?

How fast does the AI actually reply?

Average first-reply time across our test shops: 47 seconds. The Claude Project is configured to monitor your channels in near-real-time. Worst case (rare): 3 minutes if Zapier is throttled.
